Cullen's Ground Chicken On Sourdough Bread
14 oz Ground chicken
1/2 cup Plus
1 tbl Seasoned dried bread crumbs
1 x Egg, lightly beaten
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 dsh Hot pepper sauce, or to taste
4 x 1-oz diagonal slices sourdough bread, toasted
4 x Lettuce leaves
2 tbl Plus
2 tsp Sweet pickle relish
Method :
IN a medium bowl, combine chicken, bread crumbs, egg, and Worcestershire and hot
pepper sauces lightly but thoroughly; shape mixture into 4 equal patties.
Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; place over medium
heat. Add chicken patties; cook, turning once, 10-12 minutes, until golden brown
and cooked through.
To serve, top each slice of bread with 1 lettuce leaf; place 1 cooked chicken
patty and 2 teaspoons of the pickle relish onto each leaf.
