Kat's Bermuda Chicken Bean Soup

1 tbs olive oil       
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 large carrot coarsely chopped    
2 ribs celery coarsely chopped
1 glove garlic, minced     
3 cups chicken broth or canned broth
11/2 cup sauce     
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup of frozen corn or peas 
1 can white or black beans 15oz, drained
pepper & salt to taste   
2 tbs lime juice

 In a pot heat oil over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and garlic sauté 10 min
add broth and tomato sauce bring to boil reduce heat and simmer 10 min. stirring 
occasionally. Add chicken, corn and beans and simmer 10 min. stir in lemon juice
and salt & pepper and serve. 

Solitude is a good place to visit but a poor place to stay.
