 Nellie's Noodle Pot Roast

 

1-21/2 beef bottom roast                                                     
1 6oz can Italian tomato paste
1 tbs cooking oil                                                                   
1 tbs brown sugar
1 lb package baby carrots                                                     
Salt & pepper
2 stalks celery sliced                                                              
1 med onion chopped
1 bay leaf                                                                               
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tbs quick tapioca                                                                  
4 cups hot cooked noodles
1 141/2 oz Italian style stewed tomatoes

 In pot brown roast on all sides add ingredients except noodles and bake at 325 for two hours or
 until roast is tender, serve over noodles.
