 Baked Potatoes With Tuna and Broccoli In Cheese Sauce

 

1 (6-ounce) can tuna, drained and chunked
2 medium baking potatoes (6 to 8 ounces each)
1 package frozen broccoli in cheese sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 cup minced green onions, including tops
2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled


Wash and pierce potatoes; microwave on high for 8 minutes. Wrap in foil; let stand to finish cooking while preparing the broccoli. Microwave vented pouch of broccoli on high for 5 minutes.

In medium microwaveable bowl, combine the tuna and chili powder. Gently stir in the broccoli. Cover; heat on high 1 1/2 minutes more or until heated through.

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Top with broccoli-tuna mixture; sprinkle with onions and bacon.

When people get married because they think it's a long- time love affair, they'll be divorced very soon, because all love affairs end in disappointment. But marriage is a recognition of a spiritual identity.
