Kat's Chili-Topped Potatoes

 

1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 cup Pace picante sauce
4 hot baked potatoes, split
shredded cheddar cheese
chopped fresh chives for garnish


1. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef and chili powder until beef is browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat.

2. Add picante sauce. Reduce heat to low and heat through.

3. Serve over potatoes. Top with cheese.

You can get a lot more done with a kind word and a gun, than with a kind word alone.
