Sweet Potatoes Croquets

 

Mash sweet potatoes; season with the butter, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Form into balls around each marshmallow, making sure marshmallow is completely covered. Chill for 3 to 4 hours. Roll croquettes in cornflake crumbs and fry in hot oil (360 to 375°). Drain and serve immediately

When you make a mistake or get ridiculed or rejected, look at mistakes as learning experiences, and ridicule as ignorance. Look at rejection as part of one performance, not as a turn down of the performer.
