Lynn's Rabbit Cocktail

 

3/4 cup Minced cold cooked rabbit
3 x Pimiento-stuffed green olives minced
1 x Green pepper strip minced
1 x Hard-boiled egg minced
2 tsp Mustard Sauce see * Note
3 tbl Mayonnaise
    Worcestershire sauce to taste

 Method :
Blend all ingredients thoroughly. This may be served cold or spread on one side of a slice of bread and then lightly toasted under a broiler.
This recipe yields about 1 cup.
