1/2 cup purchased
roasted red sweet pepper strips
1 tbs finely chopped pitted ripe olives
1 tesp olive oil
1/2 tesp dried thyme, crushed
/4 tesp black pepper
In a food processor bowl combine roasted
red sweet pepper strips,
olives, olive oil, dried, thyme, and black pepper. Cover and process
with several on-off turns until coarsely chopped. Cover and chill until ready
to serve with grilled hamburgers. Chill any leftover relish for up to 1
week.
