Granny's Rice & Cranberry Pilaf

 

1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth  
1-1/4 cup orange juice  
3 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked  
1 can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce  
1/4 cup sliced  Almonds, toasted (optional)  
 
 

BRING broth and juice to boil. Stir in rice and whole berry cranberry sauce; return to boil.  
REMOVE from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in almonds.
