               Pokey Mustard Pork Roast

Pork Roast
pepper & salt
prepared mustard
flour

Coat roast with mustard until well covered, sprinkle with all other ingredients.
Place in open pan with 1/2 in water. Place in preheated oven for 30 min. Lower
oven to 300 and bake  @ 30 min per pound. Let stand 15 min.
