2 cups cooked pinto beans mashed Kat's Pinto BeansRTM18
or 1 17 oz can refried beans
non stick spray oil
Sprat a skillet with oil and heat and add bean and 2 tbs of
Sauces Mexican , stirring until beans are hot.
To make Jalapeno Refried add 3 chopped jalapenos
