Pharonise Tuna Salad
12 oz of canned solid white albacore tuna
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 large ribs of celery peeled and finely chopped
3 hard boiled eggs chopped
3 tbs chopped pickles
1 tbs minced onion
1 tesp celery salt or to taste
1 tesp pepper or to taste
6 dashes of hot sauce
3 tbs olives (optional)
Mustard (optional)
Drain the the tuna, and flake with a fork, add mayonnaise and blend
well and add rest of ingredients and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
Challenges are what make life interesting; overcoming them is
what makes life meaningful.
