Kat's Hawaii Chicken Salad
4 tablespoons curry powder
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cups mayonnaise
4 (3 lb) broiler chickens
1 pound fresh seedless grapes, halved
2 cans water chestnuts, drained, sliced (8 oz each)
2 bags sliced almonds, (3 oz each)
2 cans pineapple chunks in juice, drained (13oz each)
Mix curry, soy sauce, and mayonnaise; toss with other ingredients. Chill before
serving.
Serves 15 to 20.
Drydocked: An iceberg which is eroded and a U-shaped slot is formed.
