Granny's Shrimp Louise
4 lbs shrimp
Lettuce
Hard cooked eggs quartered
Tomatoes cut in quarters
Parsley
Cook shrimp by boiling 3 min in boiling water. Drain peel and chill shrimp.
Arrange lettuce on plates
shredding some to make a salad. On lettuce arrange shrimp, tomatoes, eggs.
Garnish with parsley.
Serve with dressing Pharonise Crab & Louise SauceSC63
