Granny' South Texas Shrimp Salad

 

1 Lb cooked medium shrimp, peeled and chilled
2 15 oz cans black beans drained 3-4 cups
2 cups raw cubed zucchini
1 cup finely chopped red onion
2 avocados, chopped
2 cups frozen whole kernels corn

Combine all in a large bowl and add cilantro dressing Kat's Cilantro Dressing SD28
