Granny's Tomato Salad

cups romaine lettuce leaves
12-14 tomatoes
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt & pepper
1 chopped red onion
1/3 cup toasted bread crumbs
On a platter spread leaves, in a bowl mix quartered tomatoes, onions,
with olive oil. Mix 1/2
vinaigrette Kat's
Bacon Vinaigrette
SD30 with tomato mixture and place tomato mixture on top of
lettuce leaves and top with rest of vinaigrette and bread crumbs.
As for me,
except for an occasional heart attack, I feel as young as I ever did.
