Lynn's Avocado Salsa
1 Avocado
3 tbs Coriander; chopped fresh
1/2 c Water
3/4 tesp Tabasco sauce
1/2 tesp Vinegar
1 tesp Soy sauce
Peel and pit avocado. Coarsely chop and place in blender jar. Add remaining
ingredients and blend until smooth.
When you reread a classic you do not see more in the book than
you did before; you see more in you than there was before.
