Granny's
Plum Tomato Salsa
6 Plum tomatoes, peeled, Seeded, and cut into 1/2" Dice
1 Medium shallot, sliced thin
3 Serrano Sliced thin
2 tbs Sherry vinegar
1/2 c Olive oil
1 tesp Chopped fresh thyme,
2 tbs Chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbs Chopped fresh parsley
Salt and ground black Pepper to taste.
Mix all ingredients together in medium bowl. Does no keep.
