Lynn's Avocado Mango Pineapple Salsa

 

Fresh Avocado Mango Pineapple Salsa
Tropical fruit salsa adds a wonderful blend of flavor and color to grilled fish.

1 1/2 cups diced avocado
1 cup diced pineapple
1 cup diced mango
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped 
1 teaspoon Lawry's Citrus Grill Marinade with Orange Juice
1 teaspoon Lawry's Garlic Salt
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/8 teaspoon cumin
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; blend well. Cover and chill 30 minutes.

Makes about 3 cups

HINT: If mangos are unavailable, papayas may be substituted.
