Cajun Salads

 

Kat's Egg Shrimp Crawfish Salad

 

Pot of boiling water, with sea salt, garlic powder and dried thymes.
 Any amount of Shrimp or crawfish with shell on, no heads

When water boils add crawfish  or shrimp when water re boils, wait 1 min take out crawfish and
place in icebox to cool or freezer a few min.


1 tbsKat's Avocado Cream SS46
 2 tbs Mayonnaise Granny' Cajun MayoMT49
2 T Dill pickles, finely chopped 
Cayenne pepper & salt
2 tbs pickle relish
1 tbs Cajun MustardMT2
3 Eggs, hard boiled chopped
1 lb Chopped crawfish or shrimp chopped

Mix first 6 ingredients. Mix crawfish or shrimp with eggs add sauce and mix all together. Sprinkle with fresh cilantrio
