Kat's Cajun Turkey Salad

 3 cups Turkey, cooked, diced
 1 cup Celery, chopped
 1/4 cup Pickles, sweet, chopped
 2 Eggs, hard-cooked, chopped
1/2 cup Salad dressing, mayonnaise-type Granny' Cajun MayoMT49
1 tbs Lemon juice 
1 tbs mustard Cajun MustardMT2
3 tbs chopped green olives
Salt & pepper
Lettuce leaves 6

 Mix turkey, olives, celery, pickles, and eggs together lightly.
Mix salad dressing, mustard, lemon juice, and salt until smooth
Gently stir salad dressing into turkey mixture.

Chill thoroughly. Serve on lettuce leaves
