Granny's Salmon Corn Puffs
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
2 tbs melted butter
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
Salt, paprika & pepper
1 cup salmon (skin and bones removed)
1 cup cooked whole kernel corn
Beat eggs and beat again with milk. Add butter. Combine dry ingredients and
sift together.
Add to egg mixture and blend, flake salmon. Add salmon and corn. Drop by
tablespoons
into 375 F deep fat. Fry until golden brown. Serve with parsley sauce Granny's Creole Sauce SS28
