James's Cheese Sauces

 

2 tbs margarine
2 tbs flour
dash cayenne and nutmeg
3/4 cup light cream
1/4 cup shredded cheese
1/2 tesp instant chicken bouillon

Heat margarine in 1 qt saucepan until melted. Add flour, bouillon, nutmeg and cayenne.
Stirring constantly until bubbly and smooth, stir in cream, heat to boiling, boil 1 min.
Add cheese, lower heat and stir until melted
