Cheese Sauce
2 tbs spoon
3/4 cup milk
2 tbs flour
1/4 cup dry white wine
salt & pepper
1/8 tsp paprika
1 cup shredded cheese
Heat butter over low heat, when melted, add flour, salt, pepper and paprika
cook until smooth and bubbly, remove from heat, stir in milk and wine.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly, boil 1 min. add cheese and cook over
low heat till melted
