James's Simple Chorizos



1 Clove garlic 
3 Teaspoons oregano 
1/2 Cup vinegar 
1/2 Cup red   Chile  powder (your choice) 
4 cups water 
2 1/2 pounds ground pork or hamburger
Directions
Blend first five ingredients in blender 
Cover meat with water mixture, cover dish and let sit 24 hours at room temperature 
Pour off water 
refrigerate or freeze until used
