Kat's Mexican Sausage

 3 lbs lean pork
1 lb pork fat
4 large garlic cloves                                     
4 tsp crushed comino seeds
2 tbs pepper
1 tbs salt
2 tsp cayenne
4 tbs rubbed sage

 Cut meat and fat and put through a meat grinder with garlic. Combine all seasonings.
Mix seasonings by hand with meat. Grill or fry over moderate heat.
