Granny's Pork Sausage Celery Rice Casserole

 

1 lb bulk pork sausage
1 onion, chopped
2 Cups raw rice
1 Cup chopped celery
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Parsley to taste
3-1/2 Cups boiling water
4 bouillon cubes
salt and pepper to taste

Brown sausage and chopped onion in skillet. Drain
Add remaining ingredients. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water before adding
Place in 2-1/2 qt casserole dish
Bake 350º for 1 hour
