Cullen's Bulk Sausage Navy Beans Casserole
1/2 lb Pork sausage
1 sm Onion
1 clv garlic
1 1/2 cup Ham,cooked
2 tbl Parsley, fresh, chopped
1 x Bay leaf
2 can (15.5 Oz.) Navy beans
1/2 cup White wine, dry
Method :
Brown sausage and drain. Saute onion and garlic in sausage grease and drain. Mix
all ingredients in a large casserole dish. Cook in a 350 oven covered for 45
minutes, uncover and cook for an additional 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
This dish freezes well, cooked or uncooked.
