Kat's Italian Sausage Corn Cornbread Casserole
1/2 pound Italian sausage
1 can kernel corn, 1 can creamed corn
1 pkg. corn bread muffin mix
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
In large bowl combine all ingredients after sautéing sausage in pan and
throwing off fat.
Pour into greased 11x7x2 inch baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 350º for 25-30 minutes
Yield 4-6 servings and great for a brunch
