       Red Currant and Orange Glaze

 

1/2 cup red currant jelly
2 tbs orange juice
1 1/2 tesp black pepper

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth. Brush glaze on ham

        Sweet -Sour Currant Sauce

1 tbs cornstarch
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbs vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup red currant jelly
1/2 cup raisins
2 tbs slivered orange

In pan, combine cornstarch, mustard and sugar. Stir in vinegar and water. Add jelly
blend add raisins.

Serve with beef, ham, poultry or tongue
