Granny's Berbere
1 tsp ground fenugreek
1/4 Cup ground Serrano or other chili
1/2 cup Paprika
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 Tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground allspice
Blend all store in air tight container for up to six months
To gain that which is worth having, it may be necessary to lose
everything else.
