Shanna's Sausage Seasoning
1 pd meat
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped garlic
4 tbs chili powder
3 tbs cayenne
2 tbs ground cumin
2 tbs salt
2 tbs red pepper
1 tbs oregano
2 tbs thyme
2 tbs black pepper
2 tbs garlic powder
3 tbs curry
2 tbs nutmeg
2 tbs paprika
2 tbs ginger
2 tbs onion powder
2 tbs allspice
Combine all with a pound of meat or pick and chose. All these make
great sausage
If you don't like some eliminate them
