1 tesp, salt
1 tbs Plus 2 tesp, white pepper
1 tbs Plus
2 tesp, fennel seeds
1 tbs Plus 3/4 tsp, black pepper
2 1/2 tesp Dry mustard
2 1/2 tesp Ground cayenne pepper
Mix all
Kat's Cajun Blacking Season
2 tesp Onion Powder
1 1/2 tesp Garlic Powder
1 tbs Dry Mustard
1 tbs Ground Thyme
1/8 tbs Pepper
2 tbs Crushed Pequin Quebrado Chile
