Creole Sauce Torrid
1 cn Tomatoes,crushed(16oz)
3 Hot chili peppers, fine chop
1 c Onion, minced
1/3 c White vinegar
1/2 ts Hot pepper sauce
1 pn Sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
1. Combine all ingredients in saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover
and simmer 30 minutes; stirring often to prevent sticking. Refrigerate. Serve
with meat loaf, ham, sausage, eggs, hot dogs and sandwiches.
