Basic Marinade Sauce
11/2 cup olive oil
11/4 tsp each garlic powder, salt and pepper
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbs dry mustard
1/3 cup wine vinegar
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tsp chopped parsley
Mix and store in glass jar meat should be marinated at least 3 hours before
cooking
Marinade Sauce
1 cup vinegar
1 cup cooking wine
1 cup soy sauce
2 tbs garlic
1 medium minced onion
2 tbs mustard
Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake. Use at least 3 hours on meat
before cooking
