                     Honey Mustard

Honey Mustard Glaze

1/4 cup grainy, mild mustard
2 Tbs Honey
1 Tbs bourbon

mix all together

Honey Dripping Sauce

1/4 cup honey
1/8 cup soft butter
1/8 cup apricot nectar
1/4 tesp Dijon mustard
1/4 tesp soy sauce

Mix all together

     Sweet Mustard Glaze

1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup Dijon style mustard
1/3 cup of water

In non active saucepan, whisk together all over moderate heat. Bring to a boil.
reduce the heat to low and simmer stirring frequently for 20 mins. Let cool to room temp.
