Granny's
Sherry Sauce
1/4 cup butter
1 1/4 Tbsp flour
1/2 cup cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Worcestershire
1/8 cup sherry
Cayenne, pinch
Black pepper, pinch
Melt butter in sauce pan. Add flour and stir 'til smooth. Add the rest and stir
over low heat until slightly thickened Great on eggs
