 Cullen's Piri Piri (Hot Chili)

8 chopped red birds eyed chilies
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 TBS chopped cilantro
1 TBS chopped parsley
2 garlic gloves, minced
1/2 cup olive oil

Add chilies, lemon juice, cilantro, parsley and Garlic in Blender and puree until smooth. With blender running add oil slow, steady stream and blend until well combined. Store in air tight container in refrigerator up to two weeks.
