Batter for Chicken Fried Steak or Chicken
3/4 cup
milk
1 egg
1 cup of
flour
Salt & pepper
Beat egg and add milk together in a bowl, mix flour and salt and pepper. You can
put flour in a bag or on a plate. Dip meat into milk and egg mixture
coating both sides then dredge in flour.
