Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce
1/4 cup peach preserves
1/4 cup apricot preserves
2 Tbls. light corn syrup
2 Tbls. water
1 1/2 Tbls. distilled white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
-Bring mixture to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
-Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
-Remove from heat and allow to cool.
-Pour into a sealable container, cover, and keep refrigerated
