 Shanna's Imperial Sauce

 

2 tbs finely minced onion
1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
2 tbs butter
1 cup rich cream sauce  Granny's White Cream SauceSC93
1 cup mayo
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbs finely chopped mustard pickles
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbs chopped pimiento
1 tsp Worcestershire

Saute onion and mushrooms in butter; combine rest of ingredients.

Spread on fish filets and bake @ 350F for 30-40 mins. or 10 mins each inch.

 This maybe used on any seafood, poultry or meat
