       Shanna's Caesar Dressing

 

1 cup real mayonnaise
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic - pressed
2 Tbls. water
2 Tbls. olive oil
1 1/2 Tbls. lemon juice
Shake hot sauce
1 Tbls. anchovy paste
2 tsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
Salt & pepper
1/4 tsp. parsley flakes

In a bowl, beat together all ingredients with an electric mixer until blended.
-Cover and chill for 3 hours before serving

1 can flat anchovies with oil (you can leave anchovies whole, or chop)
2 cloves of pressed garlic
2/3 cup Mazola oil
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp pure lemon juice
1 raw egg

Combine salad dressing ingredients in a small bowl and stir.

2 green onions, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
1/4 of a cup of wine vinegar (red or white, as you prefer)
1 large egg
salt, pepper, parsley (to taste)
1 cup olive oil (or your favorite)
Crushed anchovies filets (if you like them)

Beat egg with mustard, green onions, garlic and spices. Add oil slowly and
mix well with a whisk until creamy. Add vinegar at the end.
