 James's Garlic Dressing

1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
½ tsp sugar
¼ tsp lemon
¼ tsp pepper
4tbs vinegar
¾ cup light oil
2 tbs olive oil
2 shakes Worcester sauce
3 gloves garlic, minced
1 egg optional

Place all ingredients in a Mason jar and shake well.
