            Greek Salad Dressing

 

Dressing: 1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons olive oil - extra virgin
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

In jar with lid, combine dressing ingredients. and mix well. If refrigerated overnight, of course,
 it improves the flavor, but I have used immediately.

True stability results when presumed order and presumed disorder are balanced. A truly stable system expects the unexpected, is prepared to be disrupted, waits to be transformed.
