Shanna's Roquefort Dressing
1 cup veg or olive oil
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 heaping tbs Dijon mustard
1 3 oz pkg. Roquefort cheese, melted in 2 tbs olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
Salt & pepper
Place all in jar, shake well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
It is not easy to find happiness in ourselves, and it is not
possible to find it elsewhere.
