 Granny's Citrus Vinaigrette

2 tablespoon orange juice
2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon honey
1 1/4 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard

For Citrus Vinaigrette, thoroughly combine orange juice, vinegar, olive oil, honey and mustard. Reserve.
