Back To Seafood Burgers

Cullen's Crabmeat Burger

 

1 lb Crabmeat, backfin or special
1/2 sm Onion, finely diced
1/4 x Green pepper, finely diced
1 tbl Mayonnaise
1 dsh Old Bay Seasoning
8 slc Mozzarella cheese
8 x Hamburger rolls

 Method :
Cut hamburger rolls in half. Butter each half and toast lightly in broiler.
In a bowl combine crabmeat, onion, pepper, mayonnaise, and Old Bay Seasoning. Cover each of the 8 rolls thickly with crabmeat mixture, and top with a slice of cheese. Place 8 burgers on a cookie sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven, until crabmeat is heated through and cheese is melted. Remove from oven, top with other half of roll, and serve.
