Back To Seafood Burgers

 

Kat's Mahi Mahi Burgers

 

3 cup broiled Mahi Mahi
1/4 cup almonds or macadamia nuts, chopped
1/4 cup pineapple, crushed
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp curry powder
1 x egg, beaten

 Method :
Shred Mahi Mahi with fingers. Combine fish, nuts, pineapple, mayonnaise, curry and egg. Mex well. Form into patties. Fry or broil. Serve on buns with lettuce tomato and sliced avocado.
