Back To Seafood Burgers

Shanna's Canned Salmon Avocado Burger

 

7 1/2 oz Salmon, canned
4 oz Saltines, finely crushed
1 x Onion, finely diced
1 x Egg
1 tbl Lemon juice
2 tsp Dill
2 tsp Pepper

 Method :
Trim canned salmon of large bones and skin as desired. Mix well with other ingredients, except oil. Form into  patties and fry lightly in oil until golden brown. Serve on tarter sauced buns with lettuce, tomato and slices of Avocado
