Back To Seafood Burgers
Shanna's Cajun Shrimp Burger
2 pounds shrimp, diced
1-1/2 cups plain bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
2-3 stalks celery, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
Tony's seasoning to taste
Cayenne pepper
Flour
Dice onion, bell pepper and celery into small piece. Cut fresh shrimp in small
pieces. Add Tony's and red pepper to taste. Add bread crumbs. pat into burger,
flour and deep fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Serve on toasted
buns with tarter, lettuce, tomatoes.
